The use of this Site is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use" ). The Company reserves the right to periodically modify these Terms of Use. WHO CAN BUY OUR PRODUCTS

To purchase our products you must be over 18 years old and resident in the territory of the Italian Republic. In case of online purchases, we can only ship to the following countries: Italy. METHOD OF CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

Orders are placed through the Website in the manner illustrated below:

- When you are ready to make a purchase, click on "add to cart" to add the Product you intend to purchase to your electronic cart. To proceed with the purchase, then continue by clicking on "check-out" by accessing our secure servers to complete your Order.

- If it is your first purchase on the Website, at the end of the payment transactions you can decide to create an account with us using your email address; in this case you will be asked to create a password. The password must remain secret and must not be communicated or shared with anyone else. A secure password memorization tool is provided to allow you to recover it in case of loss during future purchases. You will then be asked to indicate your billing address. PRICE AND PAYMENT

Prices and shipping costs may be subject to change at any time, without prejudice to Orders already confirmed by sending the Shipping E-mail.

Prices are checked regularly. However, should we find a change or an error in the price upon receipt of your Order, we will contact you to verify that you still intend to proceed with the purchase by applying the correct price. In the event of your confirmation to this effect, please remember that this does not, however, imply any obligation on our part to provide the Product (s) until sending the Shipping E-mail confirming the Order.

The prices of the Products indicated on our Website at the time of "check-out" include all taxes and duties (including VAT) due on the purchase of the Products, but excluding shipping costs, which will be automatically applied to the amount total at the time of viewing the contents of your electronic shopping cart.

All payments must be made upon shipment of the Product (s). Payment of the Product (s) must be made by bank transfer, credit card, debit card or PayPal. We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro cards. DELIVERY AND PASSING OF RISKS

The delivery of the Product (s) will take place at the address indicated by you in the Order by the deadline communicated with the Shipping E-mail, but it is not possible to guarantee an exact delivery date.

If the Product (s) has not been delivered within 30 days of the conclusion of the Contract or on any other date agreed, you will have the right to withdraw from the Contract and any sum paid by you will be refunded without further delay.

Ownership and risks relating to the Product (s) pass to you upon delivery.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (S)

Upon delivery, you are required to inspect the Product (s) for any defects or damage. If you find any defects or damage, you must report it as soon as possible and we will arrange for its return to our Customer Service, at no cost to you. The stores in Italy are not authorized to accept returned products or to exchange goods. If it is ascertained that the damage to the Product (s) occurred before delivery, or that the defect is not attributable to your fault or use, we will arrange for its repair or replacement or full refund of the price paid by you. , including any shipping costs, provided that the damage does not result from having worn or used the Product (s). INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT

- other events for which it is not allowed to exclude our responsibility (or to try to exclude it).

We are not responsible for any delayed or omitted performance of our services under the Contract if this is due to causes not attributable to us.

Please note that no clause contained in these Conditions of Sale may in any case affect your rights under the law.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under the following terms and conditions, if you are a consumer (i.e. if you are not purchasing, in whole or in part, for purposes related to commercial, entrepreneurial, craft or professional activities), pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code, you have the right, in addition to the other rights you are entitled to, to withdraw from this Agreement without just cause and to receive a refund of the price paid including any shipping costs (any shipping costs incurred by World Diamond Group spa will not be reimbursed).

PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Products cannot be returned in the cases referred to in Article 59 of the Consumer Code, for example for the purchase of specially customized, engraved or individualized Products; for the supply of sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons whose seals have been removed after delivery, etc.

PERIOD WITHIN WHICH EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from the Contract at any time before the Order is delivered to you and up to 14 (fourteen) days after that date, starting from the day of receipt of your Order (the "Afterthought Period" ).

NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to give unequivocal communication by contacting the company via the CONTACT FORM on the site indicating "Return" as the reason 

TIMES AND RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

The products must be returned within 14 days from the notice of withdrawal, in the same conditions in which you received them. If you do not return the product (s) within the times indicated above, and according to the instructions included in the package, we reserve the right to collect the goods from you at your expense.

You are required to exercise due diligence in the care of the Product (s) in your possession. In the event of non-fulfillment, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of any deterioration of the Product (s), up to the price, from the amount to which you would otherwise be entitled by way of reimbursement.

REFUNDS

If the product is returned according to the terms indicated, we will refund the full price of the product (except for any deductions due due to use and / or damage to the product) as well as the standard shipping costs paid.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products and the verification of the integrity and authenticity of the jewel by one of our internal experts.

This refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise requested on a different payment method, in which case any additional costs deriving from the different payment method chosen will be charged to the customer.

FREE SHIPPING

The products purchased on World Diamond Group spa are delivered to the customer by courier on average within 14 days from the date of order confirmation.

Shipping is insured

Any extra interventions on the jewel, such as engravings or precious stones, could delay the delivery of the product.

The courier does not deliver on public holidays and weekdays indicated in the Italian calendar.

All orders placed by bank transfer will be processed starting from the actual collection of the total amount.

Delivery of Products

1. World Diamond Group spa undertakes to ship the product to the customer within the terms established in the conditions of sale. The shipment will be made to the address indicated by the customer in the form filled out at the time of order. The cost of shipping is fully borne by World Diamond Group spa. The Customer will receive the product at the address indicated in the order and undertakes to facilitate delivery. In the event that the customer refuses the product without reason, World Diamond Group spa will reserve the right to terminate the purchase contract, and will request compensation for any costs of storing the product at the courier's warehouse.
2. Once the package is received, the customer must verify its integrity and check whether the delivered product matches the one he ordered. In the event that the package is tampered with or damaged, the customer must immediately notify the courier of this fact, which will be noted on the delivery note.

VARIOUS

In the future it may no longer be possible to view these Conditions of Sale or your Order; we therefore recommend that you print a copy for your later consultation.

These Conditions of Sale and any other document expressly referred to in them constitute the entire agreement between the parties with reference to the subject of the Contract. The Agreement and any further communication between the parties will be formulated in Italian.

The form, existence, interpretation, execution, validity and any other aspect of these Conditions of Sale or any of the clauses contained therein are governed by Italian law, without application of the rules on conflict of laws and with the express exclusion of the Convention of the Aja of June 15, 1955 on the law applicable to international sales of movable corporate property and of the Vienna Convention of April 19, 1980 on contracts for the international sale of goods.

Any disputes relating to the interpretation, validity or execution of these Conditions of Sale are devolved to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the judicial authority of Vicenza (Italy). As a consumer, you can thus act before the judicial authority of Vicenza or the judicial authority in which you are resident or domiciled to promote a dispute in relation to these Conditions of Sale.

You have the right to request the application of an out-of-court settlement mechanism for disputes arising from the Contract with the competent bodies set up by the Chambers of Commerce pursuant to the Law of 29 December 1993 no. 580, as well as the mediation procedure pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 28/2010 and subsequent amendments, in accordance with the provisions applicable by the body selected by you, without prejudice to the possibility of using the voluntary negotiation procedures referred to in Article 2, paragraph II of the aforementioned Legislative Decree, as well as the complaint procedures provided by the service charters.

Any invalidity or ineffectiveness ascertained in the courts of one or more clauses of these Conditions of Sale does not affect the validity and effectiveness of the remaining provisions.

No delay or failure to exercise the powers, rights or remedies granted under these Conditions of Sale will be valid as a waiver of the same, nor the partial exercise of these powers, rights or remedies will prevent the further exercise of the same in the future.

Any communications to us must be made in writing to the address indicated at the beginning of these Conditions of Sale. Any communications to you may be made to both the email address and the postal address you provided when sending the Order.
